One of the main tasks was to install a reliable Wifi system which we are pleased to announce is in hand. We are hoping to get everything up and running for the start of the season but we are still waiting for the fibre optic cable to be installed.
Unfortunately, our line provider has still not given us a firm date for this.

This has been an expensive project so there will now be a charge for wifi. The login and payment system has been simplified to ensure ease of access. You will be able to connect from the comfort of your caravan instead of having to purchase vouchers in the office. Simply open your web browser and you will be directed to the log-in portal.
To maintain a good quality of service we will be implementing a ‘fair use policy’ to ensure all users can have a fair share of data use. More information on this and the wifi tariff will be available soon.

The boiler room has had a complete revamp and extension. A new large tank has been housed in the ‘tank room’ shown in the picture above. As well as new boilers and pumps.
This is in preparation for the planned shower extension and toilet block update, which is due to go ahead in the next couple of years.
We have carried on the block paving in the Noe Field adding 4 more fully serviced pitches.
As well as upgrading the two tent pitches next to the boules court into hard standing.

Derbyshire County Council are planning to carry out surface dressing work to repair and maintain the road surface in the local area.
WHERE IS THE WORK TAKING PLACE?
The road works will be on Castleton Road using stop/go boards between Pindale Road and Squires Lane.
WHEN WILL THIS WORK TAKE PLACE?
The work will take place Monday 23 May between 9 30am and 3 30pm and they will then return at a later date to undertake the white lining. Please note that all planned roadworks are subject to change due to weather conditions or unexpected circumstances. Any changes will be displayed on the yellow advanced warning signs.
