Holiday Homes

We normally have a turnaround of one or two new or pre owned Holiday Homes becoming available each year. 

Our new holiday homes are usually situated by the river so you can enjoy stunning riverside views from your veranda. Customers can expect to pay anything in the region of £90,000 to £190,000 for a new Holiday home and £65,000 to £95,000 for a pre-owned home.

Please note that whilst visiting children and (especially!) grandchildren are very welcome, we find that holiday homes are not suitable for families with young children or teenagers.

Regrettably it is not possible to bring a Holiday Home from off-site to be pitched at Laneside Caravan Park.

The 2024 Holiday Home Fees are from £3,325.00. 

The 2024 season starts March 15th 2024 and ends January 14th 2025.

There are no “hidden extras” – water and mains drain services are included. The only on-costs are consumables: electricity and gas. 

These obviously vary considerably with usage but for modern centrally-heated, double glazed holiday homes, budget for about £500.00 in a season.
