Organised Rallies
In Low Season we can comfortably accommodate 35 caravans with hook-up at weekends and up to 50 caravans with hook-up for weekday stays or complete weeks.
Please note: we can’t accommodate rallies during high season.
For rallies we offer discounts for ten or more vans as follows:
- 10% for 10-14 units
- 15% for 15-19 units
- 20% for 20+ units
Payment
We ask for an approximate idea of numbers at the time of the initial enquiry and then a “best estimate” plus £25 per unit deposit 3 months before arrival.
Six weeks before arrival, we then need the “definite number.” Prior to those 6 weeks, all monies paid can be set against the total cost of the stay so that if there is a lesser number at six-weeks-prior than the original estimate, you do not lose anything. However, after the six weeks, the total cost shall be based upon the total “definite number” cost with no refund of deposit.
Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
The Village Of Hope
The great advantage of Laneside is its location, 200yds away from Hope – the principal village in the Hope Valley.
It has excellent facilities such as 7 day late shopping, Indian restaurant / take-away, Deli / Bakery, Post Office & Newsagent.
Hope has 3 pubs, one with a small function room and – probably even better for rallies – there is a super village hall equipped with seating, tables and a good kitchen less than 5 minutes’ walk from us. This is available for hire and is good value. It can accommodate well over 100 people.
