Laneside Caravan Park Covid-19 Procedures 

  • In line with our terms and conditions your balance is due 7 days before your arrival. You will receive a reminder email and you can then pay online or contact us to pay over the phone.
  • We ask all customers not to come to Laneside if you or a member of your household have symptoms prior to your booking. Cancellations made due to you or a member of your household having symptoms of Covid-19 will be kept on your account for use on a future booking until the end of the 2023-24 season (2nd January 2024). 
  • If you or a member of your unit develop symptoms whilst you are holidaying with us, please self-isolate immediately and alert us. You can do this by emailing or calling. If you are well enough to do so, we will ask you to leave for home as soon as possible. If you or a member of your household are unable to remove your unit, we will securely hold it until your return, or you organise an alternative. This will incur a cost and we will need the keys. We will be unable to refund you for any missed days due to your illness. We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance before your stay so you can claim on your insurance for any lost days. 
  • In the unlikely event that the country goes back into a Lock down, all bookings due to arrive in that period will be held on your account for 2 years.
  • We are restricting group bookings to a maximum of two units, and this will continue for the foreseeable future. This is to ensure peace and quiet for all our customers.
  • Facemasks are no longer a legal requirement. However we do ask you respect others around you and wear them in crowded indoor areas.
  • We are no longer restricting the number of customers allowed in the reception/shop area.  We are accepting all forms of payment.
  • Our facilities are open. Please disinfect your hands with the hand sanitizer provided at the entrance to the facilities. We ask that you accompany your children to the facility block at all times. Please be patient at busy times. We will continue to clean the facilities on a regular basis and when the facilities are closed for cleaning an alternative will be available. 
  • After you have made a booking, we will send you your confirmation.  When you arrive on site, please stop at the end of the drive by the bus stop. You will be met by a member of our staff. Please stay in your car with your window open and we will take you to your pitch.
