Holiday Homes...
| We have a license for 26 Holiday Homes. The turnover on these
is usually very low - but most years we have two or three new
or
previously-owned homes for sale. New homes are about £35,000
to £45,000: used can be anything from £15,000 to £30,000.
If you have an interest in a holiday home you couldn't do better
in Derbyshire than Laneside. The Holiday Home area is quiet; it's
separate from the touring / camping park and quite free of coming
and going traffic.
Every year we have a choice of models. Just to give an example of the kind of holiday home on offer, last year we sold a top-of-the range Omar Leisure 'Plaza' - 40ft x 12ft. The specification is impressive: centrally heated, double glazed, high levels of insulation and in pleasing two tone green environmental livery. Beautiful sitting room with free-standing furniture. Dream kitchen with integral units, double fridge-freezer, even a dishwasher... Two luxurious bedrooms with large bathroom and an additional en-suite to the master bedroom.
